Wednesday off

I’m going to like having Wednesday’s off!

Today I attended my first ever BSF (Bible Study Fellowship).  I was amazed at the attendance.  There were over 300 women there!  We are studying the book of Isaiah, and I’m looking forward to it.

Besides the two hours spent at BSF, I was able to make the kids their breakfast and lunch and get them to school.  I so appreciate being able to do that occasionally, and I know they do too.

After BSF I made a Costco run.  It is painfully obvious when I unpack from shopping at Coscto that they didn’t buy in bulk in 1930 when our house was built.

When I finally got everything squeezed away, I worked on some landscaping, and canned tomatoes.

Watching Henry’s soccer team earn their first win of the season was certainly a highlight of my day!

Now I’m home for the evening, and making dinner, working on the kids’ Christmas presents, and wishing I had tomorrow off, too!

Hey, Hey, Hey!!!!!!!! I am so very excited and so extreemly pleased and thrilled that you are doing BSF!!!!!!! I’ve done it for 5 years now and love every meeting and lesson. One of the reasons I was not allowed to work at the meat shop any more was because I would not work there on Wednesday mornings; that’s the BSF day. Jenny and took it together until they moved. Terri took it with me for one year (she LOVED it!). You will be blessed in so many ways!!

Thank you, Cynthia. I am looking forward to Isaiah! I arranged my work schedule so I could have Wednesday’s off. I won’t have three day weekends any more, but I will never work more than two days in a row!
